About the service: the service will be provided remotely using videoconferencing software over the internet.

Payment Policy: payments will be made by electronic bank transfer - PIX. The values of the services will be informed on the 1st of the following month, the due date is on the 10th of that month.

Exchange Policy: exchange for another service is not possible. Transfer of service to another customer is not possible.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the service is possible. To this end, the customer must observe the following:

• request cancellation at least 24 hours in advance for individual private lessons

• request cancellation at the end of the month for private group lessons

Refund Policy: Refund is not possible.
