1. Services Offered:
1.1. I, Ricardo Bock, offer online English teaching services through my website, including individual classes via Zoom.
2. Payments and Fees:
2.1. Class prices are clearly specified on my website.
2.2. Payment must be made before the start of each class.
2.3. All acceptable fees and payment methods are detailed on the website.
3. Class Scheduling:
3.1. Classes will be scheduled based on mutual availability between the student and me.
3.2. Changes or cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid charges.
4. Didactic Material:
4.1. Any teaching material provided during classes is the intellectual property of the teacher and cannot be reproduced or distributed without permission.
5. Student Responsibilities:
5.1. The student is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary technological resources to participate in classes, such as a stable internet connection and a compatible device.
5.2. The student is responsible for attending classes on time and reporting any problems or absences in advance.
6. Cancellation and Refunds:
6.1. Cancellations made by the student with adequate advance notice may be eligible for a refund or credit toward future classes, as decided by the instructor.
6.2. Cancellations by the teacher due to unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled or refunded.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality:
7.1. All personal information provided by the student will be treated confidentially and used only for purposes related to English classes.
7.2. Recordings of classes can only be made with the student's consent to improve the quality of teaching.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
8.1. I reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, which will be communicated to students in advance.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the student acknowledges and accepts the established policies.
About the Services:
About the service: the service will be provided remotely using videoconferencing software over the internet.
Payment Policy: payments will be made by electronic bank transfer - PIX. The values of the services will be informed on the 1st of the following month, the due date is on the 10th of that month.
Exchange Policy: exchange for another service is not possible. Transfer of service to another customer is not possible.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the service is possible. To this end, the customer must observe the following:
request cancellation at least 24 hours in advance for individual private lessons
request cancellation at the end of the month for private group lessons
